[hikari is not holding back (beyond the fact that none of his attacks are meant to be lethal), because for all of his pacifistic stance, he admittedly does take fights very seriously. also RANG PLEASE YOUR HEALING hikari is a tank though so he also just takes the hits but unlike rang he doesn't have healing so he has an excuse?
with that said the more heated the fight gets, the more. feral hikari gets in that they're still very much the moves of a trained swordsman but (npc voice) he fights like a demon
