No one made Gerard or Ylfa strip either. Yuneyuze's injuries were at least examined.
[and if it was up to him, he wouldn't have forced ylfa to strip either, so he doesn't really have an accusatory leg to stand on.]
...I didn't mind the Game at first, but it's a different story when the choice to erase was never really up to us.
